I'm based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and I've spent 24+ years at the front lines of software - building two successful startups and scaling engineering organizations through hyper-growth. I'm an IIT Kanpur engineer at heart: a first-principles thinker and a relentless problem solver, whether the problem is a #1 product to build from zero or a market to win against well-funded incumbents.

As Co-founder & CTO of ArmorCode, I built the tech and product behind the leading Application Security Posture Management platform. Earlier, as CTO of FabHotels and SVP Engineering for 99acres, I led engineering teams through the realities of scaling a business - shipping fast, making hard calls, and learning what it actually takes to deliver.

That experience is what I'm bringing to Easentic: a delivery platform built the way operators who've shipped at scale know it should work.

I've spent 25 years leading engineering and program management teams, delivering global products at scale, including Google Pixel and Google Assistant. Through that journey, I've experienced firsthand the complexity, coordination, and precision required to bring world-class products to market.

I've been deeply focused on solving the challenges of modern product delivery because I've lived them myself. My experience spans both engineering execution and large-scale program leadership, giving me a unique perspective on how teams operate, where delivery breaks down, and what it takes to consistently ship successful products.

Today, I'm building an AI-driven delivery management platform designed to close the growing gap between AI-powered code generation and human-managed delivery. As software development accelerates with AI, execution complexity is increasing just as fast. My mission is to help organizations deliver with greater alignment, visibility, speed, and confidence through intelligent AI delivery partners like Elisa and Olivia.
